Ingredients
¼ cup lemon juice
1 level tablespoon corn flour
¼ cup water
4 TBS white granulated sugar
Method
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and dissolve over low heat stirring continuously till mixture comes to the boil
Let the mixture thicken. Then remove from heat.
If mixture thickens too much add a little more water.
Store in fridge in airtight container.
